We are a non-profit corporation organized to promote the

history of railroading in West Virginia.

The main KVRA layout is the HO layout, which includes modeled renditions of Charleston, WV; Thurmond, WV; Hawk's Nest, WV; and Elkview WV.  In addition, we have modeled representative aspects of West Virginia, such as coal facilities, coal camps, logging facilities and a pulp mill.  A photo sample of these areas are below.
